Protecting your personal data matters to us. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we explain below which data we process when you visit this website, for what purpose, and on what legal basis.

Hosting and delivery of the website
This website is operated with Cloudflare as hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages). When you access the website, the hosting service processes the technically necessary access data that your browser transmits automatically, in particular your IP address. This processing is required for the secure and stable delivery of the page. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a technically flawless presentation under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Contact and booking form
When you send us an enquiry via the contact form or the booking form, we process the data you enter in order to handle your request. For the contact form this is your name, email address, phone number and your message; for the booking form additionally the details of your journey (e.g. service, vehicle, occasion, date, time, number of passengers, luggage, pickup and destination, and any special requests).
To handle your request, your details are transmitted to us by email; we use an email delivery service provider for sending. The processing is carried out to take steps prior to entering into a contract and to respond to your enquiry on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, as well as on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Cookies and consent management
We use a consent banner that lets you decide which non-essential services are loaded. Technically necessary here is the storage of your cookie choice itself: it is stored in your browser for up to 180 days so that the banner does not ask again on every visit. You can revisit, change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
The storage of, or access to, information on your device is carried out, where it is not strictly necessary, only with your consent under Section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021) in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Withdrawal only takes effect for the future and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
Google Tag Manager
To integrate and manage website tags we use Google Tag Manager (container GTM-5XMFTWLV). Google Tag Manager itself does not process personal data for advertising or analytics purposes; it controls the loading of the services listed below or in the cookie settings. These are only loaded after you have accepted the corresponding category in the consent banner.
Google Ads conversion tracking and enhanced conversions
If you consent to the “Marketing” category, we use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. In addition, we use enhanced conversions: contact data from a submitted form (name, email address and phone number) is encrypted (hashed) in your browser before it is transmitted to Google to match it with a previous advertising interaction. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. For the other services loaded via the consent categories (such as reach measurement), please refer to the “Cookie settings”, where each service is described individually.
Google Fonts
To display fonts consistently, we embed fonts from Google Fonts. These are loaded directly from a Google server when the page is accessed, which transmits your IP address to Google. This is technically required for the correct display of the page; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent presentation under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
WhatsApp contact
Our website contains a link that lets you contact us via WhatsApp. Only when you use this link and write to us is the data you transmit processed by the WhatsApp service; use is voluntary and serves to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The privacy terms of the respective provider additionally apply.
Data transfer to third countries
With Google's services (and, in the case of a WhatsApp contact, with Meta), data may be transferred to the USA. For recipients certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, an adequacy decision of the European Commission applies (Art. 45 GDPR).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, a message to the email address listed above is sufficient.
Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that the processing of your data infringes data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
